You will experience the benefit from hours of training in just 90 minutes.

It’s a good way to get either inspiration or just to keep yourself in shape and be healthy. Each of new members will receive personal assistance to understand basics of SYSTEMA training during these sessions and train together with other members.

Directly to the Sport Club’s Front Desk, every day during office hours. If this is your first time visit, make sure to come 15 minutes before the class is started for registration purpose.
